Carrie oversees all aspects of leadership and management for EMCOR Government Services’ (EGS) Supply Chain Management Division. She provides inclusive direction, strategic planning, management, and oversight of EGS’ supplier management, and has centralized purchasing and estimating processes with offices in Arlington, VA, and Irvine, CA. In addition, she is also responsible for driving EGS’ supplier diversity efforts by implementing a policy of inclusion of diverse suppliers. The products and services offered are targeted to achieve cost savings, increase revenue, and heighten competitive advantage through the identification of innovative solutions.

Carrie has over two decades of operational and supply chain management experience and is driven by ambition and new challenges. She has developed and instituted multiple supply-chain strategies aimed at providing significant cost savings while improving product and service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across a wide array of diverse business models. She has developed and improved supplier relationships by generating opportunities that provide creative solutions that meet business demands and improve bottom-line results.

Carrie’s career began with the Raytheon Company. She has also held positions with Charles E. Smith Management and Consolidated Engineering Services, now an EMCOR company. She is a Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) and Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) as well as a member of the National Contract Management Association, Institute of Supply Management, and American Purchasing Society.
