As EMCOR Government Services’ Vice President of Human Resources, Kristin is responsible for overseeing and developing human resource activities, policies and procedures, in areas such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and employee services. Kristin has a passion for delivering quality work product partnered with excellent customer service.
Kristin has 25 years of professional experience in the human resources field, all of which has been in the real estate industry. Her areas of expertise cover a broad range of human resource activities and include employee relations, recruitment, employment law, regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational development, mergers and acquisitions.
Kristin is a graduate of Colgate University with a BA in French Literature. She also has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
The Personal Side
When she’s not busy with her two teenage daughters, Kristin spends time applying her knowledge of sports, music, reading, business and other random tidbits at trivia contests.
