Neil is responsible for overseeing all aspects of EGS’s account operations, predominantly for customers who own and operate GSA, military, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities. Neil’s primary focus is encouraging a loyal customer base through provision of promised services within deadlines, while also maintaining budgetary goals. His management approach is characterized by building strong partnerships with customers to find opportunities to improve and innovate services and deliver high value. He also works closely to mentor project managers to enhance customer service and profitability.

Expertise

Neil brings 23 years of professional experience in facilities management, operations and maintenance, and government contracting. He began his career with The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where he worked at every level of the Bureau of State Buildings for 13 years, finishing the final four years of his state career as Governor Mitt Romney’s appointment as Superintendent of State Buildings. His areas of expertise include contract administration, transitions, work and materials management, labor relations, cost control, and scheduling.

Neil is a graduate of Suffolk University, with a BS in Public Administration and Political Science. He has also earned the Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) designation from the Association for Facilities Engineering.

The Personal Side

Neil enjoys spending his free time volunteering as head coach for his daughter’s AAU select and local town softball teams for the past 10 years. He has also served on the softball board of directors in the positions of Treasurer, All-star Program Director, and Director of Player Development. When not volunteering in sports, he enjoys playing competitive ice hockey and skiing.
