EMCOR’s approach to working with customers isn’t just about satisfaction—it’s about partnership. Alex and her group meet one-on-one with client team members as their personal EMCOR liaison and an independent advocate for their perspective.

Through a structured, ISO 9001-complaint quality assurance process, Client Support Services documents the client experience in detail and works directly with EMCOR management and leadership to implement responsive and effective solutions wherever necessary. Alex also oversees the Quality Assurance program and contract transitions to ensure that phase-in and phase-out processes run seamlessly.


Alex’s background in journalism and commercial property management has given her a complementary skill set for her role within facilities management. She holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and French from Rutgers University. She is also a Certified Professional Maintenance Manager and a Certified Plant Supervisor through the Association for Facilities Engineering.

The Personal Side

Alex is an avid equestrian and tennis player. She resides in Washington, DC, with her husband, with whom she enjoys skiing, sea kayaking, hiking, and traveling the globe.
