Clarence is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing business relationships with partners, and implementing strategic capture management approaches to increase potential win probability for the EMCOR Government Services (EGS) team. He provides business development leadership to help ensure our proposed solutions reflect strategies based on a clear understanding of customer environments, needs, competition, and the ideal combination of EGS capabilities.
Clarence is a highly effective communicator across teams and with individuals at any level and background. A proactive individual and leader, he exhibits the highest degree of professionalism, always striving to better meet the needs of our customers.
Clarence has spent more than 17 years of professional experience in government and private industry, working for a number of industry leaders in both the commercial and defense industries. In that time, he has demonstrated a proven ability to drive enterprise business and program requirements while identifying customer needs and key hot-button issues.
Clarence has specialty expertise in international business development and capture management. He has particular experience with Department of Defense and Federal-Civilian sectors, where he has built an extensive network of trusted business relationships. Additionally, Clarence served in the United States Navy and Army for eight years, as a non-commissioned officer.
Clarence holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international affairs, with a minor in Psychology from The George Washington University. He has been awarded the Army Commendation and Navy and Marine Corps (NAM) Commendation medals as well as being a graduate of the Warrior Leader Course through the United States Army.

Outside of work, Clarence likes to do target shooting, travel, and spend time with friends and family.
