Comprehensive Support for More than 200 of California’s Leading Medical Facilities
We provide integrated services for more than 200 of Stanford Health Care’s facilities, including their clinics and offices, the Lucile Slater Packard Children’s Hospital, United Health Alliance locations, and other select laboratories. In accordance with Stanford’s outstanding reputation, our services meet stringent quality standards, such as 24/7/365 operational requirements, The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, infection control procedures, and C-I-CARE customer service framework regulations.
We are responsible for O&M services, repairs, project work, and minor construction for the facilities, including service for critical life-safety equipment. We maintain everything from mechanical and electrical equipment to plumbing and waste water, as well as specialty systems like refrigeration, nurse call, emergency power, and medical gas. Additionally, we perform environmental health and quality control, housekeeping and waste management, window washing and grounds maintenance, and elevator maintenance.
Since assuming contract operations, we are proud to say that our service scope has tripled— largely due to our strong performance and service centralization, consolidation, and efficiency improvements.
Fort Bliss Replacement Hospital
O&M Support Across a 1.13-Million-Square-Foot Military Hospital
EGS performs all operations, maintenance, repair and facility management tasks and functions for the medical facilities at Fort Bliss Replacement Hospital (FBRH), in El Paso, Texas. The 135-bed medical campus consists of a main hospital, inpatient and outpatient clinics, administrative offices, a research building, a central utility plant, two access control points, and surface parking, all of which falls under our scope of work.
We strive to ensure that each building system is operating at peak performance levels, helping to maintain optimum comfort in order to meet and exceed the expectations of patients, staff, administrators, and all associated parties.
